We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from She Is Bold Beauty. If you are not satisfied with your order, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Refund Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for: 

  • Opened or used cosmetics or skincare products
  • Gift cards 
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
